![]() ![]() I also liked the looped instruments, there were some really great key and guitar based loops that had a nice feel. The drum kits are nice, and can be used as general purpose kits when you turn off the delay…or leave it on, it’s all good! The pads are complex, enough that sometimes one key at a time is all you need, the melodic instruments still have a touch of ambience and air to them, even the bass has the low end you want yet retains that ambient character. ![]() Meaning, you can tell the sounds are built from real acoustic instruments and not just a bunch of synthesizers.ĭon’t get me wrong, I dig a good synth myself, but I feel like ambiences and textures take on a totally different feel when they are built from acoustic/instrumental sources. ![]() The first thing I noticed about the library is how organic it was. content: 7.5GB (uncompressed), 250 instruments. You know what I say, if it sounds good, use it, no matter what it was intended for! ![]() This is something that can be useful for everyone from composers to producers, sound designers, media composers and more. It runs in the Kontakt Player and has a very simple yet useful interface. It’s focus is on the lighter side of sound design, soft, airy, almost a “floating” feeling. It’s a Kontakt instrument dedicated to ambient, organic, peaceful melodic textures and instruments. Today I’m checking out Ambient White…let’s dig in! It’s Friday again, and I’m back with some Big Fish! ![]()
